Perhaps running 6 miles in an hour would be bad for an obese person with a low fitness level (in fact, I doubt they&#039;d even make 100 feet). But for someone who has built up a good level of fitness, running 6 miles in an hour is pretty much the norm.

By the way Paul, I just read a good article (http://www.herbalslimmingtea.org/why-your-weight-matters) about why your weight matters that you might be interested in reading and commenting on.</description>
