Look into his book. All studies are discussed. And rememebr epidemiological evidence is crap for the most part. And there is  just as much epidemiological evidnece in favor of saturated fat.( Maasai Dinkas Samburu Tokeluas)  Are you not aware Ancel Keys Seven Countries Study was fraud? When put to the test of a randomized clinical dietary intervention study  the idea that saturated fat causes heart diseases fails miserably.

Sorry , Paul,  INFLAMMATION is what causes  CAD. 

The cholesterol theory is absolutely  wrong and serious researchers abandoned it around 1998 in favor of the role of inflammation.

Fish oil lowers CAD mortality independent of cholesterol levels. If anything fish RAISES LDL.

You really need to look into what Anthony Colpo has to say. Look up Bad Cholesterol or Bad Science by Anthony Colpo . Do a google search. read through it.</description>
